LazyTown legend Sportacus will be returning to Longleat in Wiltshire this summer and this time will be joined by his friend Stephanie; together they will perform in their brand new interactive mini Show called Sportacus and Stephanie’s Animal Adventure.
The new script has been written in conjunction with Longleat and Rainbow Productions and visitors to Longleat between Monday 26th July and Sunday 22nd August will be able to see the Sportacus and Stephanie UK actor/actress – officially approved by LazyTown – when they make special daily appearances in the Longleat Marquee at 11.30am, 1pm, 2.30pm and 4pm. Entry is free with a Passport Ticket, is subject to availability and will be operated on a first come first served basis.
Florence Wallace, Project Manager at Longleat explains:
“Last year over 20, 000 people enjoyed the Get Active with Sportacus performances at Longleat, so this year we are delighted to welcome back the U.K’s Sportacus and are excited that Stephanie is able to join him. Due to the popularity of the 2009 event [pictured], we’ve also increased the number of shows to 4 a day and it will now run for 4 weeks of the summer holidays.
LazyTown is a great brand that kids seem to love and we are keen to embrace the healthy living attitude that it stands for.
Although aimed at kids, we hope everyone joins in and gets active doing the moves and singing the songs to the popular LazyTown music! There will also be prizes for kids who try the hardest and for those with the best moves, plus an exclusive LazyTown shop”.
