News

Hope Lake Lodge & Indoor Waterpark at Greek Peak Mountain Resort is a reality. Even in the challenging economic climate, one Central New York Company is investing in the future. Construction on 106 luxury condominiums and the 41, 000 square foot indoor waterpark are nearing completion, with the opening set for October 2009.

Reservations for the Hope Lake Lodge hotel condominium will begin May 1st. Along with traditional hotel stays, families can also purchase their own condo for a lifetime of vacations. Quarter-share, pre-completion sales of luxury condominiums have already begun and due to pre-opening rates, limited units remain.

A great attention to detail has been focused on the overall Resort design with the goal of creating an environmentally friendly property that blends in with the majestic mountainous landscape, offering rustic charm and comfort. The five story northwoods-style luxury condominiums each have a full kitchen and a fireplace, as well as the Resort’s three onsite restaurants, international spa, fitness center, 41, 000 square foot indoor waterpark, and superior Greek Peak Ski Area.

As owner/operators of Greek Peak Ski Area for over 51 years, the Kryger family is committed to Central New York and sees this project as a big step toward rebuilding the area’s economy. In addition to attracting visitors to the area, Greek Peak Mountain Resort Hope Lake Lodge & Indoor Waterpark will add over 250 jobs to the region. As a positive role model, the Kryger family is hopeful that other area businesses will also make the commitment to rebuilding the CNY economy and focus on the future.
