Family Entertainment: Brunswick Staffers Krämer and Grabowski top German Singles Championship!

News

Once again Brunswick Staff bowlers have come up big in National Championships.

Michael Krämer and Achim Grabowski, both Brunswick Regional Staff players, have taken the first and second spots in the German National Singles championships 2009 respectively, leaving behind a strong field of competitors. Krämer has shown a consistent form throughout the entire tournament, recording a 222 average, and secured the win with a strong finish in the Round Robin. German bowling legend Grabowski posted a 220 average and used his experience to keep the competition at a comfortable distance.

The German Championships 2009 were held in the Brunswick equipped BOWLPLAY center in Leipzig. Both players used their newest (soon to be released) Brunswick ball, the Siege™.

“I felt great during the entire tournament. The new ball, Siege, matched my playing style perfectly and gave me the exact reaction I needed. It was a big win for me!” said the delighted winner.
