New Frontiers Capital is based in Wheeling, IL and has interests around the country including part ownership of the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa and Avalanche Bay Indoor Waterpark at Boyne Mountain Resort. Ownership transition will be seamless for guests, and Garland will continue to be one of Michigan’s finest golf resorts and four season recreational facilities. New Frontiers Capital will unveil plans for improvements in the near future, but the essence and spirit of Garland Resort will remain intact.
