At "Who-niversal Studios Hollywood" As Theme Park Reveals Snow-Filled Fun with Tons of Powder Fresh Snow for the "Who-lidays"
“Who’s Who” L.A. Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, The Grinch and his faithful dog, Max, Cindy-Lou Who, May-Who and every Who down in Who-ville, all joined by 150 Los Angeles elementary school students from the Inner City Educational Foundation charter school.
“Grinchmas” comes to Universal Studios Hollywood as The Entertainment Capital of L.A. rings in a traditional white Christmas with encounters from a not-so-traditional green Grinch. Highlights of the 23, 000 square foot “Grinchmas Winter Wonderland” include blankets of real snow, refreshed daily to maintain powder-perfect consistency, nightly tree lightings at the 50 ft towering Grinchmas tree, followed by a performance for the Whoville Whos, and meetings with The Grinch, Cindy-Lou Who and Max the Dog as well as a special “Whoville” jubilation at the original movie sets where the classic “Dr Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas” was filmed will surprise Studio Tour.
The “Grinchmas” celebration will take place on weekends beginning Saturday, December 6, and daily from December 22-31 and is included in the price of theme park admission. More information, including holiday promotional offers, is available at UniversalStudiosHollywood.com.
