Panel System worked as theming contractor for the newly opened SEA LIFE in Jesolo, close to Venice, providing the realisation of all scenery, paintings, graphic works and complementary furniture, as well as the external façade paintings.

Panel System was responsible for the whole art direction of the site, project managing all activities and co-workers, attending co-ordination meetings with the client as head company, and ensuring delivery according to the agreed time schedule.
SEA LIFE Jesolo follows an exciting path through different settings, that develops across various rooms, each of one of which is decorated with different natural features , from lakes to grottos to a Caribbean landscape. Although on the one hand every single SEA LIFE aquarium must fit standards of the brand, every SEA LIFE is unique, conveying a mood inspired by its location. In SEA LIFE Jesolo we can breathe a bit of Venetian atmosphere and enjoy a little of the delights of Lake of Garda. The use of different materials and techniques along with specific colours enhance the warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Panel System, which had already worked on SEA LIFE Gardaland and Legoland Gunzburg a few years ago, has now given a special Italian style to this location. “Our past experience in SEA LIFE Gardaland and Legoland Gunzburg allowed us to show our client our capacities and contributed to create a good and profitable relationship, “ continues Matteo Bastoni. ” “We are truly proud of being chosen as theming contractor which has been an exciting experience where we have had the opportunity to put into practise our expertises and our creativity. Nothing has been left to chance in singling out of every detail, accurately chosen according to the style of each room. Take the Venice room, for example, with its unique atmosphere: hanging gondola, carnival masks, red and white lagoon poles, typical windows and grills are distinctive features of this setting, not to mention the Shipwreck, or the Tropical Bays of Rays.”
