SEGD Design Awards: Students and fabricators welcome!

News

Surely you know that…

“Exceptional environmental graphic design is recognized in the annual SEGD Design Awards Program, illustrating the pandisciplinary nature of visual communications in the built environment. Winning projects have included complex wayfinding systems, branding and identity work, retail and interior projects, exhibition design, and public art installations.”

But who submits that work?

Not only designers, but fabricators, materials suppliers, advertising agencies, students, and just about anyone else involved in the projects.
Because it’s the project that wins, anyone involved can submit a project for recognition!

SEGD Design Award winners will be fêted at the SEGD Conference + Expo (in Washington, DC, June 2-5), and featured in the #29 issue of segdDESIGN magazine and on the SEGD website.

Student winners and their instructors attend the SEGD Conference + Expo, with event fees and travel covered by SEGD—an opportunity like no other to spend three days with people who design and fabricate environmental graphics every day.  (Not too long ago, seven student winners attended the conference.  All seven left with job offers or interviews.)

The new online entry system is easy.  And, with no shipping charges to submit entries, it’s less expensive than ever to enter.  (Members save even more!)

Easy.  Less expensive.  Open to anyone.

All you need is the deadline:  January 29 for early entries and February 12 for late entries.
