Developed in line with RWS’s commitment to maximizing and enhancing the overall guest experience at the resort, the app provides guests with a series of fun and interesting features including ride waiting-time information, navigation instructions (including maps), visuals and a fun photo booth application.

Besides features, guests will be able to use the app to stay up to date with the latest information on RWS’s host of attractions and events, as well as its wide selection of eateries, hotels, and retail outlets within the resort. The mobile application also includes relevant information on Universal Studios Singapore’s rides and attractions, such as height requirements, the nature of each of the rides and waiting times.

With a simple tap on their iPhones, visitors will be able to navigate their way around the resort, and even plan an itinerary around their preferred activities. Furthermore, users can also find out about the latest promotions and privileges available to them at the specific locations planned within their itinerary. Exploring RWS has become more fun.

Capturing memorable moments at Resorts World Sentosa is a breeze with the photo-booth function that has customized frames according to the user’s location within the resort. “We are constantly looking at how we can enhance our guests experience at RWS, and we’re delighted that we’re able to do this with the Resorts World Sentosa iPhone app. By using the app, guests can maximize their time spent at the resort doing the things that they truly want to do, ” said Mr. Yap Chee Yuen, Senior Vice President, Innovation & Technology and Operation Services, Resorts World Sentosa. “With the application’s features such as resort navigation, an itinerary planner as well as the photo-booth function, our guests don’t have to go through the time consuming hassle of finding their way around, and can enjoy their time at the resort that much more”.
