The new company is built upon Thinkwell Design & Production’s reputation for deftly managing the creative, financial and logistical concerns of large-scale projects, and is designed to provide a unique set of specialty services from owner representation, estimating and contract negotiation to master planning, scheduling, budget tracking, value engineering and project closeout.
“In the past seven years, Thinkwell has developed as much of a reputation for our ability to bring in projects on time and on budget as we have for our creativity, ” explained Cliff Warner, a founding principal and the CEO of Thinkwell. “Over time, we identified the need for a company with our strengths to manage the types of complex projects in which we often play an artistic role, and we created Thinkwell Project Management to fill it.”
Ron Edney, president and managing principal of Thinkwell Project Management, brings to Thinkwell more than twenty-five years of experience providing construction management, supervision, development and planning.
