Arizona’s biggest waterpark today announced its newest waterslide–the Constrictor–will make waves at Wet ‘n’ Wild Phoenix this season with unique thrills. The monster-sized raft ride includes high-speed tubes and corkscrews that’ll have riders splashing, sliding and swirling down spirals before rocketing out to the bottom of the slide.
What makes the Constrictor this year’s can’t-miss waterpark ride in Arizona? Riders speed down flumes into massive corkscrews, snaking back and forth in a series of spirals, slithering down its insides on multi-person rafts. Coming out of the corkscrews, riders shoot out into a drenching splashdown and emerge ready to do it all over again. It is the only ride of its kind in the world and it can only be experienced at Wet ‘n’ Wild Phoenix.

“The thrilling new encounter is an exciting addition to the already established collection of world-class rides and slides located at Wet ‘n’ Wild Phoenix, ” explained Scott Cooper, General Manager of Wet ‘n’ Wild Phoenix. “We are making a substantial investment in this park with unique-to-Arizona slides like the Constrictor, ensuring families seeking action-packed entertainment will also experience great value and lasting memories.”

The Constrictor, which can only be found at Wet ‘n’ Wild Phoenix, joins an extensive line-up of slides and amenities including the Maximum Velocity – Dueling H20 Coaster, the Tornado, Mammoth Falls, the Serpentine Complex, the Raging River, Boogie Board Beach, Monsoon Bay, the Phoenix Flyers, the Desert Racers, the Cactus Cooler and the ever-popular Soak ‘em Playground for kids.
