Vekoma Rides and Mobaro have announced a new partnership to transform safety and maintenance operations at theme parks across the world.

The partnership agreement was signed by Vekoma Rides, the Dutch roller coaster specialist, and Mobaro, a provider of online maintenance and safety solutions, at IAAPA Expo 2025 in Orlando, Florida.

Through the strategic alliance, the companies will enhance ride management via smarter, safer, and more efficient solutions.

Under the partnership, Vekoma's verified documentation and checklists will be integrated directly into the Mobaro platform.

Vekoma manuals integrated into Mobaro

This will provide theme park operators with real-time access to the most up-to-date manuals, tailored documents, and standardised safety checklists within their existing maintenance workflows.

As above, operators will get instant access to automated updates of Vekoma manuals and checklists within Mobaro, ensuring compliance with the latest safety standards.

Parks and operators can also receive customised maintenance content and client-specific documents to enhance operational relevance while maintaining centralised control.

Additionally, the integration of Vekoma's parts catalogue into Mobaro will enable direct ordering, stock visibility, and payment processing.

Clients can propose content updates, which will be reviewed and validated by Vekoma, so that the manuals evolve with their operational needs.

Partnership to improve maintenance operations

And, a secure, two-way data exchange between Vekoma and Mobaro is designed to support long-term insights and advisory services.

The user-centric collaboration allows Vekoma and Mobaro to meet clients at their primary touchpoints, resulting in smarter decisions and safer operations.

In more news from IAAPA, SeaWorld Orlando has unveiled the Vekoma ride vehicles for SEAQuest: Legends of the Deep, a unique suspended dark ride set to open in 2026.
