This latest installation is the first new ParadropVR™ site to launch this year, following installations at Universe Science Park, Merlin Entertainments’ £20m new indoor adventure centre the Bear Grylls Adventure and iFLY Basingstoke in 2018.

Frontgrid has also recently announced that it will be launching a world-first ParadropVR™ City Flyer experience at the King Power Mahanakhon in summer 2019, with a further 4 global sites due to be announced.

Frontgrid is inviting visitors to the DEAL Middle East show to come and experience ParadropVR™ at VR Theme Park while in Dubai this week. Anyone wishing to request a VIP test flight should contact Claire Hughes (cdh@frontgrid.co.uk) to book.

Frontgrid CEO, Matt Wells said:

“By the end of 2019, thrill-seekers in 8 countries worldwide will be able to experience ParadropVR™. We’re forecasting 1 million rides this year across all our existing and planned sites, and see huge potential for our products to help operators in the Middle East deliver meaningful results.”

“We’re looking forward to meeting old and new friends at the DEAL Middle East Show next week, and to showcase our latest installation at VR Theme Park. It’s a great opportunity for visitors to experience the ride for themselves, and to introduce our ground-breaking city flyer concept.”

Alpine A390 - The Anomaly

Alpine A390 - The Anomaly

Six months after its first appearance in Alpine’s 70th anniversary film, the A390 takes centre stage in “The Anomaly”, imagined by Maison BETC for the launch of Alpine’s first 100% electric sport fastback.

Directed by Nicolai Fuglsig and produced by Wanda, the film explores a dystopian future where automation has erased freedom, until one woman takes back the wheel of the Alpine A390. Her act of rebellion restores emotion, agility and the pure pleasure of driving that have defined Alpine for over 70 years.

Blending live action and CGI and set to Fauré’s Requiem, the film celebrates driving in the electric era. The Mill crafted and supervised all VFX on the project. A campaign driven by ambition and emotion, created entirely by our artists through a fully hands on and deeply human creative process, without the use of generative AI.

The Mill - Publicis Lion

A century in motion. For Publicis Groupe, our 3D and VFX teams built a visual story of resilience, evolution and reinvention.

At the center stands the Lion, the main character of the campaign.

The Mill, experts in CG animals, shaped every stage of the process, from modeling, rigging and skeletal structure to musculature, posture and fur, using traditional VFX techniques to give the lion presence, attitude and credibility on screen, before collaborating seamlessly with Prodigious on the wider campaign delivery
