Luce Group: New Mill Room

Almost from the day the waterwheels began turning, the Fairmount Water Works in Philadelphia, PA and its beautiful grounds became an international tourist attraction renowned for melding nature, art, technology, and innovation. This video shows the kick-off of a new decade of growth and expansion with the New Mill House temporary sound and light installation.
