The unique structure, recently added to Historic Englandās Heritage at Risk Register, will receive a lavish overhaul and become a new home forColobus Monkeys.
TheZoological Society of London's (ZSL) Director David Field said, āItās fitting that a structure with such a unique history should be given new life by a world-class firm with such a strong heritage".
