Arielle Lindsey

Arielle Lindsey is the project delivery lead at TAIT, focusing on the development and delivery of location-based entertainment projects.

Lindsey has more than a decade of experience in themed entertainment, with a background in interior design, creative development and project management. Her work has included projects for Walt Disney Imagineering, Google, Universal Creative, Scenario and Thinkwell across theme parks, museums, aquariums, brand centres and retail environments. She has experience taking projects from early creative development through design and production to delivery.

Lindsey previously worked at Thinkwell Group, which was acquired by TAIT in 2022. Her work now includes cruise ship projects, drawing on her experience in themed entertainment and attraction development.

In November 2025, the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA) announced that Lindsey would join its International Board, with her three-year term beginning in 2026. She has also chaired the TEA NextGen Committee, which supports students, recent graduates and emerging professionals entering the themed entertainment industry.
