Christie to launch Korus Series 1DLP projectors at ISE 2026

The new series will power a projection mapping display at stand 3K500

Christie Korus Series 1DLP projector

Christie, the global visual and audio technology company, has unveiled the Korus Series, a new range of 1DLP laser projectors providing 4K UHD+ resolution in an affordable, adaptable, and compact design.

The Korus Series will be showcased at ISE 2026, where it will drive a dynamic projection mapping display at stand 3K500, Hall 3.

ISE 2026 is taking place from 3 to 6 February in Barcelona.

Performance & affordability

The new series offers a maximum brightness of 14,250 lumens, and features four models, including two TAA-compliant projectors.

Using cutting-edge 0.8” HED DMD technology, these projectors deliver 4K UHD+ clarity and colour, with 1,500:1 native and 25,000:1 dynamic contrast, alongside exceptional lumen-to-watt efficiency in a compact package.

Weighing just 17.2 kg (38 lbs), the Korus Series is 30% lighter than similar models, establishing a new standard for portability in its category.

The series offers total installation freedom thanks to omnidirectional flexibility, professional-grade features, and eight interchangeable lenses, including a Z-shaped ultra-short-throw lens.

Space-constrained and complex projects are streamlined, with extensive connectivity allowing for seamless integration.

Joel St-Denis, director of product management, Christie, says: "We are excited to offer the ProAV industry a feature-packed and competitively priced 4K 1DLP laser projector series.

"This new series stands out with 4K UHD+ resolution—in a platform smaller and lighter than comparable WUXGA projectors in similar brightness and class."

The new models support both active and passive 3D, providing impressive depth and an easy setup. They also include Twist for warping and blending, optional Mystique for camera-based alignment, and compatibility with Christie Intelligent Camera.

The Korus Series is now available to order.

In November, the National Museum of Natural Science (NMNS) in Taichung, Taiwan, officially opened its upgraded Space Theater, powered by Christie Griffyn 4K35-RGB pure laser projectors.

The project marks a major milestone in the country's science education and immersive display technology.
