Chuck E. Cheese has launched a new FEC concept with its first Adventure World attraction in Arlington, Texas.
Adventure World has opened in a 12,000-square-foot space in Arlington and will be followed by more locations in the coming months.
Unlike Chuck E. Cheese's traditional FECs, which provide arcade games, pizza and prizes, Adventure World offers an active play experience for young children.
Adventure World is an indoor playground designed for families with children ages 3 to 8, where they can climb, slide and explore multilevel worlds.
It builds on Chuck E. Cheese's existing active play features, such as trampoline zones and superhero playgrounds, to encourage movement, imagination and connection.
Highlights in Adventure World attractions include a three-storey play structure, a mini soccer court, a toddler zone, an interactive dance floor and more.
Adventure World FECs to open in 2026
Adventure World also features Chuck E. Cheese's iconic characters, birthday celebrations, and Kid Check security programme.
Additionally, the Pasqually’s Snack Shop serves Chuck E. Cheese pizza, light treats and a variety of drinks.
“We couldn’t be more excited to open the very first Chuck E. Cheese Adventure World right here in Arlington, the entertainment capital of Texas,” said David McKillips, CEO of Chuck E. Cheese and CEC Entertainment.
“It is a colossal new experience unlike anything kids have ever seen," he added.
"Adventure World captures all the fun, laughter and magic families love about Chuck E. Cheese and takes it to a whole new level, with our characters leading the adventure in amazing new ways."
Adventure World is part of Chuck E. Cheese's wider strategy to expand the brand universe.
Earlier this year, Chuck E. Cheese announced Chuck’s Arcade, another new concept blending classic and modern games with iconic animatronic characters.
The brand is also expanding to the UK through a new multi-venue agreement.
Several new Adventure World locations are scheduled to open in 2026.
