Panasonic has worked with the Disney company for more than 20 years, serving as the “Official Projection Technology” provider for some of its most ambitious attractions. For Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at EPCOT, over 80 Panasonic 4K laser projectors were strategically positioned throughout the attraction — creating a vivid, immersive environment that transports guests into the heart of an intergalactic adventure. Panasonic’s technology seamlessly fused with Walt Disney Imagineering’s extraordinary storytelling, ensuring that every scene captivates audiences of all ages.
Beyond themed entertainment, our technology has powered some of the world’s most iconic visual experiences. At the TOKYO Night & Light event, 20 PT-RQ50K projectors transformed the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building into the world’s largest projection-mapped display, as certified by GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™. In the same spirit of large-scale spectacle, Cercle Odyssey — the world’s first nomadic touring concert — relied on Panasonic laser projectors to cover 2,300 m² of walls and ceilings across venues in Mexico City, the USA, and Paris, proving that immersive entertainment and sustainability can go hand in hand.
