Touring Entertainment Live

Touring Entertainment Live (TEL) is ILMC’s dedicated event for the travelling exhibition and touring entertainment industry. As part of the 38th International Live Music Conference, TEL brings together leading producers, IP holders, venues, designers, manufacturers and promoters working across global touring exhibitions, immersive experiences and family shows.

ILMC is the world’s leading conference for the live music business. Embedded within its international network, TEL provides a focused platform for those developing and touring entertainment beyond traditional concerts. Curated by senior figures from across the sector, the programme reflects the scale, ambition and commercial growth of the global touring entertainment market.

In February 2026, the fourth edition of Touring Entertainment Live will take place at the Royal Lancaster London during ILMC week. The event will feature keynote interviews, panel discussions and showcase presentations exploring international markets, venue strategy, IP development and production.

As part of ILMC 38, TEL will once again take place during the conference’s second day. Those in attendance will include producers, designers, venue operators, rights holders and manufacturers, making it the central meeting point for the international touring entertainment community.
