Falcon's Creative Group names Mitchell Magill as president

The award-winning executive, part of the creative team behind SeaWold Yas Island, will lead strategic, creative, and operational initiatives

Falcon’s Creative Group, a global leader in entertainment experience design, has announced the appointment of Mitchell Magill as president.

In this role, he will lead the strategic, creative, and operational efforts of FCG, driving growth and innovation in the planning, development, and execution of themed experiences and destination projects globally.


Magill brings over 20 years of expertise in leading diverse teams to create and deliver top-tier theme parks, attractions, live shows, and immersive experiences.

He has collaborated with renowned global entertainment brands, including Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, Discovery Cove, Royal Caribbean, and Princess Cruises.

Recently, he was the corporate director of creative experiences and entertainment for global theme park development at United Parks & Resorts. He played a key role in developing SeaWorld Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, one of the most ambitious entertainment projects in the world.

As president of Falcon’s Creative Group, he will utilise his extensive experience to manage important client relationships, direct creative and business growth efforts, and promote a culture rooted in excellence, innovation, and creative integrity.

Mitchell joins Falcon’s Creative Group during a period of rapid global growth, following the signing of a long-term strategic agreement with New Murabba, a PIF company, to develop visionary concepts and immersive experiences for The Mukaab, the iconic centrepiece of New Murabba.

The company has also previously announced other master planning and design projects with the Qiddiya Investment Company, focusing on creating a first-of-its-kind entertainment destination for Qiddiya City.
