A new Harry Potter-themed drone show that blends light, sound, technology and nostalgia is coming to Miramar Regional Park in the Miami metropolitan area.

The experience from DroneArt Show will transform the park in Miramar into an enchanting open-air spectacle on three evenings – 26, 27 and 28 March.

The new show features 1,200 synchronised, illuminated drones, which will light up the sky and take shape to the music from the Harry Potter films.

DroneArt Show: Harry Potter will also be a shared experience, with guests wearing synchronised LED wristbands that light up in response to the drones above.

Via the website, the show is "a fully immersive, multi-sensory experience for witches, wizards, and Muggles of all ages".

"Share an extraordinary night of magic, nostalgia, and awe," it adds.

Immersive drone experience

The Harry Potter drone show is a collaboration between DroneArt Show and Warner Bros.

It is presented by Fever, a premier global platform for discovering live entertainment that helps millions of people find the best local experiences.

In more news, a new generation of autonomous aquatic drones that synchronise with aerial drones have been developed for Disney by Dronisos, a leading drone light show specialist.
