Hoo Zoo and Dinosaur World in Telford, England has announced the arrival of new "world-leading" dinosaur animatronics.

Per a press release, the new additions are "some of the most advanced animatronics ever created" and among the "most realistic ever produced".

Four new dinosaur animatronics will be at Hoo Zoo and Dinosaur World from 25 March, in time for the Easter holidays.

The new Tyrannosaurus rex, Carnotaurus, Dakotaraptor and Allosaurus are the first of their kind to be displayed anywhere in the UK.

"Introducing these new dinosaurs is incredibly exciting for us," said Will Dorrel, owner at Hoo Zoo and Dinosaur World.

"They are truly world class and unlike anything else currently on display in the UK."

"We’re always looking for ways to enhance the visitor experience, and these animatronics take our ‘Hoorassic World’ offering to a whole new level," he added.

"Easter is the perfect time for families to get outside and marvel at these incredible beasts; there literally are no others like these currently in the UK."

The new dinosaurs will complement the attraction's existing lineup, which includes more than 40 animatronic dinosaurs and Ice Age beasts.

Hoo Zoo and Dinosaur World also offers a full programme of dinosaur-themed activities, including daily live shows and interactive meet-and-greet experiences.

Additionally, it is home to animals including lynx, wolves, meerkats, lemurs and capybara.

The arrival of the new animatronics represents the latest step in the attraction’s ongoing development.
