T3, a creative agency specialising in the creation, design and production of customer experiences, has created the Mrs Claus Wondrous Workshop Immersive Experience 2023, a family Christmas experience at the IFS Cloud Cable Car in London.
The firm has worked with IFS Cloud Cable Car and live engagement specialists Breeze People to design and deliver a unique festive experience, which is taking place on 9, 10, 16-24, and 27-30 December.
Memorable experience
In Mrs Claus Wondrous Workshop Immersive Experience 2023, visitors enter a world where a snowstorm has put Santa’s workshop out of action, and so it has been moved to the IFS Cloud Cable Car.
They are asked to help the elves find the Kringle Key to turn on the power in the workshop, while keeping a watchful eye out for the troublesome gingerbread folk. At the end of their adventure, Mrs Claus will meet the visitors with a Christmas treat.
T3 designed and built the experience, which consists of a themed Toy Workshop, Sweet Workshop, Magic Workshop, and meet and greet with Mrs Claus.
The project is a collaboration with Breeze People, who provided a talented cast to bring the experience to life. The actors were selected following an in-person casting day, and bring expertise in immersive, site-specific and children’s theatre.
Breeze People is known for delivering memorable live experiences and works with leading brands as well as marketing, creative, and experiential agencies. Its nationwide team provides a wide range of live experiences, from roadshows to PR stunts and pop-up brand activations.
Ongoing partnership
Mrs Claus Wondrous Workshop Immersive Experience 2023 follows a collaboration between T3 IFS Cloud Cable Car and Breeze People earlier this year, where the three firms worked together to produce the immersive experience Spider Squad for Halloween.
T3 has also designed the Engineer Workshop at the IFS Cloud Cable Car’s London Cable Car experience. This multi-use attraction at the North Greenwich terminal opened in January 2023 and includes retail, education and hospitality spaces. The Engineer Workshop is an interactive space which offers visitors an opportunity to learn about the history and engineering of the Cable Car.
Earlier this month, T3 announced that it has once again designed, produced and is operating the Christmas Light Trail at Warwick Castle, UK. This is the fourth time that the firm has worked on the annual event at the popular attraction, run by Merlin Entertainments. New developments for 2023 include three new immersive tunnels and special sensory-friendly nights.
