This online session will feature guest speakers Josh Green, head of design, London Museum, and Tim Reeve, deputy director and chief operating officer, V&A.
Green will explore how the London Museum will connect with local and global visitors, ensuring it tells the story of all Londoners. He will also speak about the design process and how to maintain a cohesive vision for such a large project.
Additionally, Reeve will discuss V&A East and the V&A East Storehouse, and how they have reimagined visitor access to museum collections.
The Festival of Innovation will be held online from 21 to 22 January 2026 and celebrates the creative ideas, products, and organisations advancing the attractions sector.

Meet the speakers
Josh Green is a chartered architect and head of design for London Museum, responsible for creative partnerships across exhibition and public space design for its landmark Smithfield redevelopment, which is set to open later this year.

Green oversees the museum’s design studio. In leading the institution's new brand and visual identity, he has shaped its overarching visual and art direction.
He formerly delivered spaces worldwide for internationally acclaimed brands such as Burberry. Green trained at the Royal College of Art and the Architectural Association, where he now lectures.
Tim Reeve has been deputy director and chief operating officer of the Victoria and Albert Museum (V&A) since 2013.

He has led the development of V&A East Museum and Storehouse in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, East London, as part of the East Bank cultural and educational legacy.

Prior to joining the V&A, Reeve was director of historic properties at English Heritage. He serves as a trustee of the Canal and River Trust, is a member of the Hunterian Strategic Development Board, a Director of V&A Dundee and a member of the Exhibition Road Cultural Group (ERCG).
