Leisure and Entertainment Operational Services (LEOS), an independent global leisure and entertainment operator, has been operating the world's longest dual zipline over water since the attraction's debut.
The 1.8 km Guinness World Record-holding experience, soaring above the dramatic fjords of Khasab, Oman, was developed in partnership with OMRAN Group, Oman’s leading hospitality developer.
The project demonstrates how strategic collaboration can turn natural landscapes into world-class, high-impact tourism experiences.

Leveraging its expertise in delivering top-tier turnkey solutions for leisure attractions, LEOS provides a proven operational framework that enhances performance, efficiency, and long-term value.
Working with OMRAN Group, whose extensive experience in developing sustainable tourism destinations has significantly contributed to this vision, the partnership offers a smoothly operated attraction that raises the bar for adventure tourism in the region.

By improving operational efficiency and increasing return on investment, LEOS creates measurable value at every stage, ensuring the attraction consistently adheres to the highest international standards.
Operational expertise
Located in the Musandam Peninsula, known for its dramatic fjords, vibrant marine life, and rugged mountains, the zipline has become a prominent regional landmark.
Its launch has boosted Oman’s international appeal, representing a strategic move to establish the country as a premier destination for adventure tourism.
“This project reflects the strength of strategic collaboration and a shared commitment to excellence,” says Lennard Francois Otto, CEO and managing director at LEOS.
“Being the turnkey operations partner for this Guinness World Record Experience reflects LEOS's commitment to shaping destinations that leave a lasting mark on the leisure & entertainment world.”

For LEOS, serving as the trusted partner responsible for daily operations at Oman Adventure Centre, covering health and safety, sales and marketing, revenue strategies, guest experience, and brand management, embodies a key part of a larger vision: inviting the world to experience the true essence of Oman.
LEOS bridges the gap between a development idea and a market-ready, world-class reality, turning visions into successful ventures that yield lasting, significant results.

Its operational support and strategic guidance enable a hands-on, meticulous approach in all aspects of operations, guaranteeing high standards are maintained. This dedication transforms outstanding attractions into iconic, lasting destinations that are recognised globally.
Earlier this year, LEOS entered into a strategic partnership with Global Leisure & Entertainment and BIM Group to operate Phu Quoc Marina Water Park, a large-scale water attraction planned for the Phu Quoc Marina integrated resort complex in Vietnam.
