$60m Faith and Liberty Discovery Center Planned for Philadelphia

Plans have been announced to build the $60 million Faith and Liberty Discovery Center on Independence Mall in Philadelphia.

The center, which will explore the effect of the Bible on the American society, is expected to attract 250, 000 visitors annually once opened in 2018.

Local Projects and architects SaylorGregg Studio have been selected to work on the project.

Another Bible-themed museum, The Museum of the Bible, opens in Washington D.C. in late 2017.  The Museum of the Bible’s stated aim is to become the world’s most technologically advanced museum,
