Frost Museum of Science Miami Sets Opening Date for May 8th

The new Patricia and Phillip Frost Museum of Science in MiamiĀ hasĀ announced its opening date.

The $305 million museum will open on May 8th and expects to welcome 700,000 visitors a year.

The museum spans four acres and includesĀ four interconnected buildings that will showcase a series of interactive exhibits and highly sustainable, technologically advanced aquaria and terraria.

The highlights of the museum include a three-level aquarium, and a cutting-edge planetarium.
