Lord Cultural Resources, the world’s largest cultural professional practice, was proud to celebrate Women’s History Month earlier this year. As a woman-owned firm and an organisation that firmly believes in equity, this month of celebration is close to the company’s values. This year, to mark Women’s History Month, Lord Cultural Resources launched a social media campaign to celebrate inspiring women in the cultural sector.
The team identified four categories of women who are making the world a better place through culture and then, each week throughout the month, celebrated four women in each of these categories:
- Leaders – global cultural visionaries, elevating and empowering all who follow them.
- Trailblazers – cultural pioneers who continue to break barriers.
- IDEA (Inclusivity, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility) – women who have transformed and permanently shifted the cultural landscape.
- Youth – young activists, artists and entrepreneurs, who are boldly changing the cultural sector.
Thanking women who make a difference
By running this campaign, Lord Cultural Resources had a chance to say thank you to the phenomenal women globally who make the world a better place through culture.
The honorees can be seen in the company’s Women’s History Month 2022 poster, here.
