Historic site can now offer frictionless mobile-first purchasing flow

TixTrack, a leading supplier of ticketing solutions, has partnered with Syon House & Gardens, a popular historic site in London, providing its Ticketure admission and membership ticketing platform. Ticketure is designed for general admission and timed entry sites, and was installed at Syon House & Gardens by TixTrack’s partner, KX Tickets.

The iconic building dates back to the sixteenth century and has recently been used as a filming location for hit shows like Bridgerton and Downton Abbey, as well as Disney’s Nutcracker and the Four Realms. It is set amidst grounds designed by Capability Brown. Thanks to TixTrack, it can now provide visitors with a frictionless mobile-first purchasing flow.

Intuitive solution provides actionable insights

Ticketure offers complete mobilisation of sales from anywhere. After implementing the system, Syon House & Gardens is now benefiting from an easy-to-use point-of-sale module as well as extensive reports, analysis, and visualisations. This means that the operator has the tools needed to make informed decisions quickly.

Sarah Ponder is a marketing and visitor services assistant at Syon House and Gardens. She says: “We are very happy with TixTrack’s ticketing platform, Ticketure. The reports are a great tool to analyse our footfall and look at booking and redemption trends. The speed of the mobile app and the quick response and attentive level of service we get from TixTrack’s licensed partner KX Tickets is great.”

Ryan Epps, operations manager at KX Tickets adds: “When it comes to general admission events we think Ticketure is the best ticketing platform on the market. The back end has the most intuitive set up process of any system I have used. New events, offers, memberships and checkout rules can be created in minutes and the Kibana reporting dashboard means our clients can see live sales data at any time.

“The front end expands on this with a clear user interface for staff and customers, making the check out process faster than any of its competitors.”

UK operation grows

Steven Sunshine, CEO of TixTrack Inc., says: “Following our tremendous success in introducing our Ticketure mobile-first timed-entry system to the North American and Australian markets, we are delighted to welcome Syon House and Gardens as another prestigious UK client.

“TixTrack launched a UK operation in 2016 to sell and support our reserved seating system, Nliven, which has secured a number of high-profile West End theatre clients. Our UK sales and support team, based in central London, are now keen to help UK visitor attractions to increase their timed-entry sales, conversion rates and levels of customer service by deploying Ticketure.”

Ticketure clients include The Guggenheim Museum in New York City, The Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago, The Huntington Library, Art Museum and Botanical Gardens in California and the Art Gallery of New South Wales in Sydney.

Earlier this year, the company announced that London’s Serpentine had chosen to use the mobile-first Ticketure timed-entry system, in order to manage its online ticketing and customer engagement.
