Disney has shared a first look at the food and beverage options available at Monstropolis, the new Monsters, Inc.-themed land.
Currently under construction at Disney's Hollywood Studios, Monstropolis is set to open in 2027, bringing the monster-filled city to life, with new dining, entertainment, retail and attractions.
The theme park land will feature two F&B locations, Archie’s Scare Pig Pizza and Harryhausen’s Restaurant, with Disney’s culinary and beverage teams now revealing more about the menus.

Harryhausen’s Restaurant, the fictional sushi restaurant from the 2001 film Monsters, Inc., will feature its six-armed octopus chef as an audio-animatronic figure.
The table-service restaurant will serve sushi alongside ramen, with dishes inspired by traditional Japanese flavours and given monster-themed twists. Menu items will include tonkotsu broth, alkaline ramen noodles, fishcake shaped like eyeballs and green eggs.
"In a place like Harryhausen’s, it’s the swanky place that you go for a night out, but we want it to be fun for guests of all ages," said Evan Rosenthal, beverage director.
"Making sure that the menu appeals to younger guests, to older guests, and then challenging ourselves and taking things that we love and saying, is there something we can add that gets people talking about it and gets them to come back because it’s delicious and entertaining."
Meanwhile, Archie’s Scare Pig Pizza will be a quick-service pizza restaurant with a college-themed setting inspired by Monsters University.
Blort, a popular soft drink in Monstropolis from Monsters University, will make its real-world debut at the location, with Disney serving a purple frozen version topped with Scream Apple Foam.

"When ideating the menu, we kept those thoughts of nostalgia in the front of our minds, remembering what we loved from our neighbourhood pizza shops as kids, and finding a way to add those elements of fun unexpectedness," said Rosenthal.
"At its core, it still feels like the pizza shop that you want to go back to time after time."
Alongside the F&B offerings, Monstropolis will feature Disney’s first suspended coaster, a new show at the Glob Theater and the Scareporium retail shop.
