Olivier Goulet
Founder and CEO
Supply + Demand
Olivier Goulet is a designer and producer specialising in multimedia. He has been working in the sector for 25 years, during which time he has contributed to more than 1,000 productions.
In 2020, Goulet founded Supply + Demand, a multimedia agency specialising in immersive environments and a new technology called The Modular Exhibit System. This aims to make immersive experience infrastructures more accessible and affordable through a flexible, open-source, and modular design that minimises rigging and can be reconfigured for any space.
Supply + Demand’s multimedia experiences are narrative-driven with an educational basis. Working with existing IPs, the agency strives to create engaging, exciting, and interactive immersive journeys, with shows designed to be exhibited as standalone pieces in museums, science centres, or at high footfall locations.
Its portfolio of touring experiences includes Sacred Defenders Of The Universe, Goodnight Moon, Quantum Sandbox, Every Second, and Minecraft Experience - Villager Rescue, which debuted in Dallas before opening in London in Spring 2025.
"Minecraft Experience is an adventure unlike anything we have ever created," Goulet said.
"The collaboration between our creative and producing team and the teams at Mojang and Microsoft has created an entirely new form of in-person experience at the crossroads of game design, experiential storytelling, and high-tech multimedia."
Goulet was the co-founder of Geodezik, one of the leading multimedia studios in the global music industry, and directed the multimedia division of Cirque du Soleil (4U2C) after its acquisition of Geodezik. He has been involved in over 18 different Cirque du Soleil shows.
His experience includes designing for some of the best-known names in the music industry, such as Justin Timberlake, Tina Turner, Rihanna, Jay Z, Bon Jovi, The Black Keys, Taylor Swift, Cher, Sade, Bette Midler, Katy Perry, and Hugh Jackman, among others.
Goulet also produces multimedia for significant events and televised shows like the 2019 Asian Games, the UAE National Day 2016, the Invictus Games 2016, and several Victoria's Secret Annual Shows.
“Olivier’s strength lies not only in technical execution but also in understanding audience psychology, spatial storytelling, and creative collaboration. He brings together developers, designers, artists, and producers under a clear, human-centred vision. His projects are immersive not just in format, but in feeling.
“Olivier is also an influential voice in the industry, mentoring teams, advocating for sustainable creative practices, and championing inclusive, accessible design.
“He exemplifies what it means to be an immersive influencer: a leader who builds bridges between digital and physical, entertainment and education, story and space.”
