EAG dinner location the Sunborn Yacht hotel at night

Get ready to set sail as tickets for the bacta EAG International Expo Dinner are now available. This year the annual dinner returns to the glamorous setting of the Sunborn Yacht Hotel.

Taking place from 14-16 January 2020, the Entertainment Attractions & Gaming (EAG) International Expo allows professionals in the industry to discover the latest trends and technology. And this year the show will have its largest seminar programme, making it a good opportunity for those attending to hear directly from leaders in the field.

Several leaders in immersive entertainment are scheduled to talk at the event. The seminars will discuss new technologies such as VR/AR and projection mapping. However, they will also focus on the challenges and opportunities operators face.

WP Consultancy is helping to create the programme of speakers this year. Kevin Williams from KWP says that “there has been too much focus on technology at the expense of its application and we need to keep it real.” The sessions will also look at the retail sector and the increasing popularity of esports.

A chance to socialise and network

The EAG Dinner is an opportunity for attendees to socialise with friends and renew acquaintances amongst a busy few days of talks. The Sunborn Yacht Hotel is docked by the ExCeL venue, so guests won’t have to walk far for dinner after the first day of the Expo.

Taking place on Tuesday 14 January from 7.30 pm-11.30 pm, the dinner is open to all. Tickets are ÂŁ85 per head and include a drinks reception and a four-course meal with wine. Tickets can be purchased individually or as a table of 10.

Tickets are can be bought by contacting Karen Cooke at Swan Events by email. The EAG Expo has recently announced that a special lunch will be held at the event to honour coin-op industry veterans.
