Leading aerial adventure company, Kanopeo GmbH, is set to unveil the Saferoller® Ultimate Mobile Aerial Adventure (SUMAA) Trailer at the annual European Ropes Course Association (ERCA) conference at PGL Outdoor Centre, Liddington, UK.

Swiss-based Kanopeo is the exclusive hardware supplier and sole distributor of the new SUMAA Trailer. The company is renowned for developing the Saferoller® and Speedrunner® continuous belay systems.

A revolutionary addition to the adventure attractions sector, the Saferoller Ultimate Mobile Aerial Adventure Trailer was developed by Belgian Engineer, Paul Huybrechts. It won the 2017 SNEPA ‘Innovation Award, and the prototype has apparently already been bought by an eager Belgian client.

Huybrechts has been building mobile adventure tracks since 1992. He and Kanopeo’s Jacques Christinet worked together to make the project a reality.

SUMAA prototype has already been snapped up

ERCA attendees will be able to try out the 8m (26 ft) SUMAA Trailer prototype for themselves. It features 8 removable elements on 7 posts approximately 3 metres high. Thanks to the proprietary hydraulic system, a single operator can set up the aerial adventure in only an hour.

Designed to bring the excitement of an aerial adventure to almost any location, the attraction can be towed by a vehicle with a 3500 kg Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR). The product is ideal for individual events such as birthday parties and celebrations, as well as festivals, beachfront attractions, corporate promotions and more.

Kanopeo is the home of the world’s first rolling continuous belay system, Saferoller®, as well as the innovative Speedrunner® Kanhook continuous belay system.

The company’s attractions are installed in over 700 trails in 450 adventure parks across 56 countries worldwide. Meeting all European and American safety standards, they are specifically designed to increase user throughput rates by as much as 25% while decreasing operating costs.
