Semnox Solutions, a technology provider for the entertainment and amusement industry, has grown its international presence by successfully deploying its Parafait venue management system at Ākēdo Arcade, securing its first client in Finland.
Ākēdo Arcade is a lively entertainment space featuring a variety of attractions, including classic arcade games, sports and racing titles, dance and skill challenges, shooting games, and cutting-edge virtual reality (VR) experiences. It aims to foster a social and motivating atmosphere suitable for gamers of all ages and skill levels.

A smooth transition
To cater to its expanding business, Ākēdo Arcade installed Semnox’s Lumin readers on 35 games and set up a self-service kiosk, allowing guests to easily purchase and recharge cards. Additionally, the platform provides in-depth analytics and reporting to support management and enhance the guest experience.
