Innovative technology offers excellent time management and enhanced visitor comfort at the inflatable park

Semnox Solutions, a provider of technology for the entertainment and amusement industry, has announced that its groundbreaking Radian Wristband has been implemented at Seef Entertainment’s new attraction, Hawa, in Bahrain.

Hawa is Bahrain’s biggest indoor inflatable park and its attractions feature cutting-edge trends in bounce castles, tunnels, climbing walls, obstacle courses, massive inflatable airbags, and others. With such a diverse array of attractions, managing and tracking player time throughout the venue was critical.

Iqbal Mohammad, chairman at Semnox Solutions, says: “The use of traditional game cards and paper wristbands wouldn’t work for this installation. It would have caused operational challenges such as customer tracking for attraction check in and out, time-tracking, and the risk of loss or tearing during gameplay, and smaller children removing them.”

Improved security & comfort

Semnox implemented the rechargeable Radian Wristband, which provides a convenient way to track participant time. The wristbands use colourful lights to show players how much time they have left, removing the challenges associated with traditional paper wristbands.

The Radian Wristband improves security and comfort, allowing players to enjoy the park without fear of the wristband falling off. It can also track and notify players’ parents and guardians for added security.

Mohammed Khalifa, senior manager at Seef Entertainment, comments: “Semnox never disappoints. It consistently provides high-quality products and services. As the FEC industry continues to expand, choosing a proven and trustworthy system is crucial, and Semnox fits both criteria.”

Semnox Solutions recently completed the migration of The Zone and Kokomo Joe’s Family Fun Center in Rolla, Missouri, to its venue management solution. This replaced two legacy systems in order to streamline operations and enhance the visitor experience.

Last month, the firm announced that Sprinkles Play, an innovative family entertainment centre (FEC) in the United Arab Emirates, is now a client. The 6,000-square-foot facility in Al Murad Mall, Ajman includes a range of fun attractions for families of all ages.
