Attendees at DEAL in Dubai and Amusement Expo International in Las Vegas can discover the firm’s new coin-op simulator

Triotech, an award-winning creator of media-based attractions, will be demonstrating its new QUBE simulator at two upcoming trade shows, DEAL in Dubai and Amusement Expo International in Las Vegas. The firm first presented QUBE at IAAPA Expo 2022 in Orlando, and it is already proving to be a popular product, thanks to its ability to boost revenue for operators.

QUBE is an interactive multiplayer coin-op game that allows guests to experience an interactive theatre experience in a small space. With a small footprint of up to 9.3 square metres (100 square feet) and an affordable price tag, it is an ideal choice for FEC and arcade operators who want a fast ROI. Early figures show revenues of up to $7,500 a week,

Fun competition encourages repeat play

“QUBE had an amazing launch last November in Orlando”, says Ernest Yale, CEO & founder of Triotech. “It’s coin-op, attendant-free, which is huge in today’s world of tight labor market. Interactivity and motion make an amazing gameplay for players. They just love to compete against each other.”

From young children to teenagers and adults, the four-player QUBE appeals to a broad demographic. It creates friendly competition, with group play and an individual scoring system, meaning that players want to come back again and again in order to beat their friends and achieve a high score. The firm will be developing a rich library of content, as it has done for its other top earners such as the Typhoon and the award-winning XD Dark Ride interactive theatre.

Attendees at DEAL 2023 and Amusement Expo International can also discover the newest game for the STORM VR coin-op simulator, Creepy Castle, which is set in an eerie forest next to a haunted estate and features creepy characters like skeletons who rise from the dead and an evil spider. Designed to appeal to thrill-loving teenagers and adults, it boosts an existing movie catalogue that already offers a wide range of fun adventures.

The team will be at ASI’s booth, #2-B61, at DEAL in Dubai next week, and at booth #A141 at Amusement Expo International in Las Vegas from 27 – 30 March.

Earlier this year, Triotech’s Hive Break attraction won a Golden Crown Award. This follows Hive Break being awarded first place in the Immersive Attraction Category of the blooloop Innovation Awards and winning an IAAPA Brass Ring Award for Best New Product at IAAPA Expo last year.
