Triotech, an award-winning creator of media-based attractions, has announced that its Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing, Eric Beauregard, has been appointed to the board of MENALAC, the Middle East, North Africa Leisure & Attraction Council.
MENALAC was established in 2016 and works to promote the development and commercial success of the attractions and leisure industry in the region. Members can benefit from a range of resources on the latest trends, as well as educational sessions and networking opportunities.
Contributing to the development of a dynamic region
“Joining MENALAC’s board is a great recognition. I am looking forward to the opportunity to interact with key players and contribute to the industry development in this dynamic region”, says Beauregard.
Triotech has been active in the Middle East and North Africa region for more than 15 years, with products in use in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and most of the Gulf Countries as well as North Africa, Lebanon and more.
Triotech’s key partner in the region is Amusement Services International (ASI), a company that it has worked with now for several years. Together, ASI and Triotech have recently developed a specific plan to service the array of large entertainment projects being created in the region, for instance in Saudi Arabia. The two companies work in partnership to bring high ROI attractions for a memorable guest experience.
Earlier this year, Triotech spoke to blooloop about a recent project with Knott’s Berry Farm to reimagine the park’s much-loved Knott’s Bear-y Tales ride for its 100th anniversary. Knott’s Bear-y Tales: Return to the Fair is now open to the public.
The company also recently appointed former Disney and Thinkwell executive Louise Murray to the role of Chairperson of the Board of Directors. She brings a wealth of experience in the global entertainment, hospitality and attractions industries to the position, having previously worked in key roles at Disney, Cirque du Soleil and TD Garden.
