RocketRez, the end-to-end cloud ticketing platform for tours and attractions, is collaborating with Fresno Fright Nights (FFN), a large-scale haunted house attraction launching in California, US.
With this partnership, RocketRez will supply the technology backbone for FFN’s ticketing, on-site POS, and food and beverage operations ready for the 2025 haunt season.
Fully integrated commerce and operations platform
FFN will offer a new level of immersive horror entertainment to Halloween thrill-seekers in the region and has been developed as a high-capacity seasonal attraction with various ticket tiers, live entertainment, and F&B options.
To support its ambitious objectives, FFN has chosen RocketRez to provide a fully integrated commerce and operations platform.
This will include:
- Email and SMS marketing automation to increase engagement and drive repeat visits
- Support for food sales with RocketRez’s F&B module
- In-person POS for ticketing, F&B, and basic retail transactions
- Mobile-friendly online checkout to drive pre-season revenue
- Timed and tiered ticketing options, including general admission, VIP and bundled packages
Bob Martin, managing partner of Fresno Fright Nights, says: "Launching a brand-new haunted house is about more than just scary sets—it’s about delivering a premium guest experience at every touchpoint.
"RocketRez gives us the flexibility, speed, and tools we need to execute at scale.”
Additionally, RocketRez will support the configuration of tiered product bundles and lean retail and F&B menus, with real-time reporting to enable smarter decision making throughout the season.
Sean Harvey, chief revenue officer at RocketRez, says: "Fresno Fright Nights is launching with big ambitions, and we’re honored to be their technology partner. This is a haunted house built for high-volume demand, and RocketRez is built to handle it."
