Scene2 Ltd, a leading UK design-and-build company, has partnered with The Path Entertainment Group to help deliver the new immersive family experience, PEPPA PIG: Space Adventure, at the NEC Birmingham, UK.

This walk-through adventure opened on 23 May and runs until November, and invites families to step into Peppa’s world.

The fun-filled journey features storytelling, hands-on discovery, interactive environments, and photo opportunities, created especially for children aged up to 5 and their adults.

Modular, durable design

As experts in immersive environments, Scene2 specialises in turning creative concepts into fully realised physical experiences, with a focus on sustainability.

The company's portfolio includes notable projects such as Jeff Wayne’s The War of the Worlds: The Immersive Experience, Monopoly Lifesized, and Storehouse, as well as many other large-scale productions.

For PEPPA PIG: Space Adventure, Scene2 delivered construction and fabrication, working with The Path Entertainment Group to turn Peppa’s universe into a fully immersive environment for families to explore together.

From intricate scenic builds to captivating interactive spaces, this project showcases the creativity and artisanship that underpins immersive storytelling.

Amber Nicol, managing director at Scene2, says: "Peppa Pig marks a new approach to sustainable design and production. Designed with modularity and length of life in mind from the beginning, the set can be redeployed easily.

"We are so proud of the team - the attention to detail and high-quality finish applied to all Scene2 projects mean that this set should run and run for The Path Entertainment Group, who have been brilliant collaborators throughout.

"When creative minds work together, great things happen!"

Earlier this month, Scene2 founder Susan Walker shared insights into the company's open studio approach.

This demonstrates its belief that in immersive design and production, the best ideas are shaped through conversation, explored through making, and reinforced when the right expertise is introduced early enough to make a difference.
