Sunkid, a leading provider of attractions for the whole family, has supplied three new attractions to SnowWorld Neuss, Germany's first indoor ski hall, which opened in 2001. Following the installation of three Moving Carpets in the snow sports area, three Sunkid family rides were recently added to the new outdoor zone.
Since spring 2025, the 'Adventure Alm' at SnowWorld Neuss has provided thrilling high-altitude flights and interactive experiences with distant views, thanks to two skydiving options and a Sunkid tower, alongside the area's climbing and play zones and a beer garden.
An eagle's flight
SnowWorld's unique tower ride, The Eagle Tower, is themed authentically as an eagle's nest. Standing 10 meters tall, it has four independently operated two-seater units that enable riders to glide smoothly or spin rapidly through the air.

"Thanks to the freely selectable ride duration, there is plenty of time to let your gaze wander over the Adventure Alm," says SnowWorld's ride description. "The tower provides an unforgettable flying experience - almost as if you were circling with the eagles in the mountains yourself!"
The two skydiving attractions feature a spectacular takeoff, after which guests fly 50 meters through the air along two parallel flight paths.
The stainless-steel gondolas with safety harnesses offer passengers a secure hold throughout the flight, and at the end of the flight path, the aircraft brakes gently. The control columns, equipped with visual and auditory launch signals, guarantee an appropriate level of excitement before the flight starts.

"Sunkid is the first port of call for year-round family attractions on and off the mountain," says the company. "Within the broad product portfolio, customers will find countless opportunities to expand their range of attractions."
This month, Sunkid has also brought the world’s first Sunkid Sundancer Galaxy ride to Lotte World Adventure Busan in South Korea. The ride, named Dancing Mauris, combines interactive fun with high capacity. It has been integrated into the park's family-oriented themed land, Joyful Meadow.
