AV Stumpfl PIXERA knowledge base

New tool provides videos, tips and insights for the company’s media server system

AV Stumpfl, Austrian award-winning creator of mobile and installation projection screens, multi-display and show control systems, has announced the release of a new information and support platform, dedicated to its PIXERA media server system.

The new PIXERA knowledge base presents the most up-to-date written documentation for the system, alongside video tutorials and animated clips of key topics. It covers topics related to the hardware and software, as well as the new show control system, PIXERA control. In addition, it allows users to connect with the PIXERA team by creating a support ticket within the same interface.

PIXERA control is a distributed, software-based integration and control framework that allows users to easily host new functionalities within the media server system and to control all aspects of an extended project environment. Content created and integrated by users can be shared and distributed across their connected systems.

A one-stop solution for PIXERA information

Speaking about the new knowledge base, PIXERA project manager and trainer Florian Eder says:

“Our user community has grown a lot recently and is still growing really fast. We felt the need to create a one-stop environment where all available information could be collected and easily accessed, as well as enabling users to get in touch with our support team directly. Of course, updating and expanding the available materials is a never-ending job, but with so much positive feedback from our user community, it’s a challenge we welcome.”

The company is also welcoming written input from experienced PIXERA users, to add to the new tool, adds Eder:

“We would love to hear from AV professionals who want to contribute to our ever-growing knowledge base. When it comes to our PIXERA user community, we all empower each other.”

The new PIXERA knowledge base can be accessed here.

AV Stumpfl recently provided a custom screen for Water World Ocean Park’s wave pool, alongside a server for live entertainment, as part of the multi-billion dollar redevelopment of the site in Hong Kong.
