The firm will be displaying innovative products on large-scale stand

Barco, the technology company focusing on innovative visualization solutions, has returned to a top European systems trade show which opens today. ISE 2022, currently being held in Barcelona, Spain is hosting Barco’s exhibit of technology solutions that pledge to provide a glimpse into the future of AV.

“We are excited to be returning to ISE, with the change of venue, it feels like a new chapter for the industry, especially after such a tumultuous eighteen months,” says Barco’s head of corporate communications, Inge Govaerts.

“While we will be continuing to monitor the COVID-19 situation very closely, we believe that ISE 2022 presents a valuable opportunity, giving us the platform to launch our products and connect to a global audience.

Flagship innovation

Barco will allow visitors to Fira de Barcelona Gran Vía to discover its latest display innovation by showcasing the exclusive launch of its direct view LED platform. Barco says the product will set a new standard in the design of LED video walls, with its first-in-class quality providing a premium solution that is built to last.

The direct-view LED platform is easy to install and maintain, providing a reliable viewing experience in any lighting. Its composition means it is ideal for a range of applications such as control rooms, broadcast and corporate environments.

Mapping the future

Elsewhere on the stand, Barco will create a stunning projection mapping showcase, using the firm’s UDX projectors and Dirty Monitor content to bring a large gemstone to life on its booth.

Visitors can also explore the future of hybrid meetings in an experiential, two-floor ClickShare Tower. The large-scale demonstration will showcase the ClickShare App and its PresentSense functionality, providing prospects with a first-hand agnostic solution able to deliver transformative “walk in and connect” meeting sessions. Barco has recently hit two ClickShare milestones, with over one million installations, and more than two million app users.

“Unprecedented creativity”

Barco will also participate in a selection of summits at ISE 2022, revealing insights into the LED market’s future and sharing market predictions on hybrid working at the event’s Smart Building Conference.

Govaerts continues: “Although certainly challenging, the last couple of years has fostered unprecedented creativity, driving us to innovate at pace to support new trends that were accelerated by the advent of the pandemic. With the Barco ISE 2022 exhibit, we now have the chance to bring these new products together under one roof to show customers, old and new, the monumental technological progress made.

“Perfectly reflecting this year’s ISE theme about reimagining the future, our vast showcase is innovation-filled, bringing to life our vision of the potential of everything from offices and corporate spaces to operation centres and attractions. At ISE 2022, we hope to highlight meeting room and display innovations that can help everyone bridge the technology gap and successfully transition to a new era of more immersive and impactful interactions.”

More information on ISE 2022 can be found on the event’s website.

Last month, Barco detailed its work for Reel Store, a new permanent immersive digital art gallery opening in Coventry, UK.
