Connect&GO integrates Konnect platform with Ticketmaster France and France Billet

News
Connect&GO Ticketmaster France Billet

Connect&GO, a leader in guest experience engineering and wearable RFID technology for attractions, has announced two new partnerships in France.

Ticketmaster France and France Billet, two of the top ticket providers in the French market, are now connected with the company’s Konnect all-in-one platform. In order to provide operators and visitors with a seamless on-site experience, this new integration combines the strength of France Billet and Ticketmaster France’s distribution networks with the incredibly adaptable Konnect all-in-one administration platform.

Many third-party ticket sales rely on vouchers that a guest must exchange before entering an attraction. However, thanks to this new partnership, attractions operators can now offer a live ticket from their inventory in Konnect that is immediately recognised by access control. This reduces wait times and unnecessary transactions for front-line team members while giving real-time sales information.

Supporting clients in Europe

“We are thrilled to support our clients in Europe with this exciting new integration that helps simplify operations while connecting them with new opportunities to drive revenue,” says Myriam Blanchette, director of customer success at Connect&GO. “We are dedicated to helping our clients create frictionless experiences that minimize wait times and maximize happiness from the moment a guest arrives.”

Operators also have the ability to trace each ticket or season pass sold using Konnect’s real-time reporting capabilities for better reconciliation at the conclusion of their reporting period. This improves payment accuracy and lowers the chance of human accounting errors. The integration will go live this summer at numerous Connect&GO client sites in France, with more to follow in the coming months.

“Our technology is ever evolving to meet the needs of our user base, and this is only the beginning of new opportunities to help our clients connect with third-party resellers in the easiest way possible,” adds Marc-André Dubé, director of product at Connect&GO.

In contrast to legacy technology, which is disconnected and keeps data segregated and difficult to access, the Konnect all-in-one attractions management platform offers a single, integrated system that enables operators to manage all parts of their business from a single location, including eCommerce, point-of-sale, access control, cashless payments, and more.

The Konnect platform works with RFID wearables to create premium experiences that drive revenue and maximise guest engagement while giving attractions the flexibility to access their data from anywhere.

Last month, Connect&GO announced the launch of Konnect Mobile, powered by Adyen. This offers a more flexible experience for operators, meaning they can sell and process transactions from anywhere in their attraction.
