Embed Top 100 FECs

List honours innovative, customer focussed organisations that have been using Embed’s solutions for 10 years and over

Embed, a leading worldwide supplier of point-of-sale and revenue management systems, has revealed the industry’s first-ever Top 100 FECs list ahead for the IAAPA Expo in Orlando in November.

The firm is committed to supporting its customers and celebrating their successes, with a nuanced understanding of the part that each business plays in building a successful industry.

As such, Embed has developed its Top 100 FECs list to honour the leading attractions in the sector. Sara Paz, CMO at Embed, says: “Embed’s Top 100 FECs list is exactly that – a collective of the best of the best FECs that built the industry to what it is today.”

The Top 100 FECs is a collection of the most highly regarded organisations in the sector and includes venues across the world, of all sizes, number of locations, and styles of FEC. All of these leading attractions use the Embed system, and all have been clients for over 10 years.

The full list is available here.

Shaping the sector

Embed’s Top 100 FECs are organised into the following categories:

  • Fun Legacies. These FECs have been using Embed’s solutions for 20 years and more. All of the attractions in the Fun Legacies category have made a significant impact on the sector, through a customer focussed, innovative ethos. These are the most respected organisations, led by multigenerational families committed to the industry’s growth.
  • Fun Virtuosos. This category includes FECs that have been Embed clients for between 15 and 19 years. Virtuosos are dedicated to honing their craft and attaining technical and customer-oriented excellence, with support from their collaboration with Embed. This allows them to grow and extend their activities.
  • Fun Experts. The organisations in the Fun Experts category have been with Embed for 10 to 14 years. These FECs push the boundaries of the sector. They have paved the way for FECs to migrate from coins to cashless, from manual to digital, which is why they are so respected.

The Top 100 FECs will be honoured at a press conference at the upcoming IAAPA Expo in Orlando in November.

Renee Welsh, CEO at Embed, explains: “It’s unheard of in the SaaS and big tech industries for customers to stay with one tech solutions provider. That’s why we’re over the moon and humbled to be the constant choice through every milestone, challenge, and success!

“This collective is truly a membership of thought leaders who knowledge-transfer and cross-pollinate best practices and ideas with each other to forge meaningful relationships instead of stirring competition.”

Andy Welsh, CTO, says: “These FECs are the reason we continue to innovate our tech sector and pioneer solutions the industry has never seen, as it’s a privilege to call their wins ours as well.”

At IAAPA Expo Orlando, Embed will also showcase new cutting-edge innovations and exciting new features. Complimentary demonstrations of its integrated hardware and software solutions, including the Mobile Wallet, STATS, KIOSK+, and TOOLKIT suite, will be available to delegates. The firm will also share its collection of game cards and wearable media in the Bling Trunk.

The expo is taking place from 14 to 17 November and is hosted by the Orange County Convention Center.

Embed recently exhibited at IAAPA Expo Europe 2023, where the firm presented its SaaS solutions and other innovative technologies.
