RocketRez, the end-to-end cloud ticketing platform for tours and attractions, will be exhibiting at IAAPA Expo 2022, which takes place from 14 – 18 November in Orlando, Florida. The company has announced that it will be making two presentations during the event, as well as showcasing a new product.

Firstly, CEO John Pendergrast will present ‘The Incredible Customer Journey — Following the Data Through Every Digital Touchpoint’. This 60-minute presentation, scheduled for Monday 14 November at 10 am, will analyse each facet of the guest experience and demonstrate how to maximize the experiences and the value of each visit.

Secondly, RocketRez marketing director Scott Riddell will present ‘Digital Sales and Guest Experience Solutions: Online or In-Person, It’s All E-commerce.’ on Wednesday 16 November at 2.50 pm. During this session, he will showcase how operators can use the simplest tech solutions to increase sales and boost the digital guest experience.

Introducing RocketPass

From the company’s booth in the technology pavilion, the RocketRez team will be demonstrating the new RocketPass solution to trade show attendees.

This turns a guest’s mobile device into a digital wallet, enabling them to purchase retail items and food & beverage as well as giving them additional information and allowing for communication with the attraction operations.

With RocketRez, guests can receive notifications with news and promotions that are relevant to them, such as offers, real-time weather alerts and expected wait times. RocketPass helps to gather data for RocketOffice, a data and analytics engine which provides operators with consumer behaviour insights, creating opportunities to expand on-site revenue.

The firm will be at booth #4649 inside the Orange County Convention Center. Click here to schedule a meeting.

RocketRez recently announced a new partnership with Protecht resulting in the creation of TourShield, which has enabled the firm to integrate ticket protection technology for customers into its software.
