ROLLER partners with Amusement Connect

New integration will enhance operational efficiency and improve the visitor experience

ROLLER, the ticketing, CRM, and POS specialist, has revealed that it has entered into a new strategic partnership with Amusement Connect, a renowned leader in cashless card operations.

The collaboration aims to provide an integration that will streamline the arcade experience for both operators and visitors and help attractions operate more efficiently.

Integrated cashless card functionality

The integration will facilitate the sale, top-up, and balance checks of cashless cards from ROLLER’s POS devices, streamlining the management of pay-to-play attractions. This can increase operational efficiency and visitor satisfaction by making sales easier and more convenient. The integration also makes reporting more effective and accurate by automatically gathering data from every cashless card purchase.

ROLLER partners with Amusement Connect cloud-based technology

ROLLER and Amusement Connect both use cloud-based technology which means that attractions can operate without requiring costly servers. In addition, regular upgrades ensure that the systems have the latest features and improvements. This integration also allows visitors to buy game cards using ROLLER’s online checkout, which streamlines the check-in process and raises average transaction values.

Luke Finn, CEO and founder of ROLLER, says: “Amusement Connect and ROLLER have a shared commitment to helping attractions businesses deliver exceptional guest experiences. So, we’re thrilled to partner with Amusement Connect on this integration – a trailblazing company known for great customer support and providing innovative tech.

“This isn’t just about upgrading our technology—it’s delivering on our promise to make every guest experience smoother and every operator’s day a bit easier.”

Frank Licausi, co-owner of Amusement Connect, comments: “As we continue to innovate and collaborate with industry leaders like ROLLER, we’re thrilled to see the tangible benefits our integration brings to our customers. Together, we’re not just transforming transactions; we’re elevating experiences and driving profitability with every interaction.”

This collaboration between ROLLER and Amusement Connect marks an important advancement in enhancing operations in the amusement sector. The integration combines effectiveness and ease to strengthen operations and improve the entire visitor experience.

Earlier this month, ROLLER revealed that it has partnered with Google BigQuery to integrate advanced business insights directly into its all-in-one venue management solution, a first for the sector.
