Semnox converts Modesh World into advanced cashless facility

One of the capital’s latest attractions is ensuring safe and efficient fun

Semnox Solutions, a provider of technology for the entertainment and amusement industry, has provided its Tixera Theme Park Management System for a popular theme park experience in Dubai, UAE.

Open for two months, Modesh World is a temporary edutainment destination for the whole family based at the Dubai World Trade Center. The event is using Semnox Solutions’ cashless and contactless solutions for its second consecutive outing. The ticketing system works hand-in-hand with on-site safety measures to ensure guests have a memorable and secure experience in the city.

Tixera is a comprehensive solution for park operators, allowing for complete venue management from a single point of contact. Most facets of park operations can be accessed through its many integrations including multi-channel sales, access control, OTAs, RFID lockers, inventory management, food & beverage and maintenance details.

Dubai World Trade Center vice president Khalid Al-Hammadi says: “Cashless systems are an imperative part of Modesh World – Semnox has been able to deliver and install the system in a very short period. The required metrics of sales and collection are available, making the system user-friendly and efficient.”

Fun and games

Modesh World comprises a range of immersive indoor attractions for all ages, including children’s rides, trampoline parks, arcade games and water sports.

Semnox Solutions client manager for the MEA region, Meghashyam, says: “It has been a pleasure for us to work closely with the Modesh World team. Having done it the last year, we were able to get a big event live with over 250 games and rides within just two to three days.”

Modesh World is open in Dubai until 28 August 2022.

Semnox has worked with a large number of FEC-style venues this year, including Level Up in Angola and Sir Goony’s Fun Zone in Tennessee, US.
