Vintia, a specialist in innovative all-in-one ticketing and booking systems, is exhibiting at the Saudi Entertainment and Amusement (SEA) Expo 2025. Taking place from 20 to 22 at the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Centre, this event provides a key platform for Vintia to showcase its cutting-edge technologies to the rapidly expanding entertainment market in the Middle East.
Part of the SALTO WECOSYSTEM, Vintia offers a comprehensive platform that integrates ticketing, online booking, access control, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and cashless payment solutions. Aimed at improving operational efficiency and enriching the guest experience, its technology is ideally suited for amusement parks, water parks, cultural institutions, and various leisure destinations.
Smart software and hardware
At SEA Expo 2025, Vintia will present its two core software solutions, Recreatex and Enviso.
Recreatex is a powerful and flexible management platform tailored for visitor attractions and leisure facilities. Recreatex encompasses ticketing, memberships, bookings, point of sale (POS), customer relationship management (CRM), and more, providing a comprehensive operational foundation for high-traffic venues such as amusement parks, aquatic centres, and museums.
Enviso, Vintia’s scalable, cloud-based solution, targets attractions that prioritise agility, quick setup, and easy integration. It integrates seamlessly with websites, marketplaces, and mobile applications, enabling businesses to streamline ticketing and bookings, resulting in a more efficient and modern visitor experience.
In addition to software, Vintia provides a wide array of smart hardware solutions such as turnstiles, kiosks, ticket printers, payment terminals, and access readers, all engineered to work harmoniously with its software ecosystem.
These hardware elements utilise IoT edge technology for real-time data processing and enhanced on-site responsiveness, even in areas with low connectivity. This strategy guarantees reliable system performance, secure data transmission, and optimised guest movement.
Vintia has successfully deployed its solutions at notable sites including Bobbejaanland in Belgium, The Wave Waterpark in the UK, and Depot Boijmans Van Beuningen in the Netherlands. These projects demonstrate the company’s capability to customise its offerings to various operational settings and visitor requirements.
Showcasing innovation at SEA Expo 2025
Vintia’s participation in SEA Expo highlights its strategic emphasis on the Middle East, a region that is rapidly developing its entertainment infrastructure. Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 initiative, which involves an investment exceeding €60 billion in tourism and leisure, is transforming the opportunities for attractions, events, and family entertainment venues.
Vintia, already established in the region, assists Middle Eastern operators with solutions customised to local requirements. This includes multilingual user interfaces, integration with regional payment systems, and adherence to market-specific access control regulations.
SEA Expo 2025, held alongside the Saudi Light & Sound Expo, will host over 15,000 industry professionals, more than 500 exhibitors, and more than 100 speakers. As a top technology exhibitor, Vintia will showcase how its integrated ecosystem, combining software, hardware, and IoT, enables attractions to operate more intelligently, profitably, and securely.
Attendees are invited to visit the Vintia stand to discover how Recreatex, Enviso, and the complete solution suite can enhance operations and provide better guest experiences, starting from the initial online interaction through to on-site entry and beyond.
Earlier this year, Vintia announced the continuation of its partnership with the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. After a thorough evaluation, the museum has selected Enviso as its all-in-one solution for online ticketing.
