Disneyland to Charge for new Digital Fastpass

Disneyland is to introduce a digital Fastpass option for visitors for a fee of $10 a day.

Disneyland introduced their free Fastpass ticketing system in 1999.  The current Fastpass allows visitors to book a ride time and avoid long queues.

The digital service will be accessed from within the park via a mobile app.  For $10 a day visitors will be able to book and redeem passes as well as downloading unlimited photos from the resort photographers.

The digital Fastpass will be launched in 2018.
