Disney World announces dates for ‘Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party’

Walt Disney World has announced that ‘Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party’ is returning to Magic Kingdom on 11 August.

The nighttime event begins at 7pm and includes magical entertainment, Disney characters in spooky costumes, shorter wait times for attractions, and themed F&B.

The event dates are:

  • August: 11, 15, 18, 22, 25, 29
  • September: 1, 4, 8, 10, 12, 15, 17, 19, 22, 24, 26, 28, 29
  • October: 1, 3, 5, 6, 9, 10, 12, 13, 15, 17, 19, 20, 22, 24, 26, 27, 29, 31
  • November: 1

The petrifying party includes the ‘Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade’, in which Disney villains and heroes and the Haunted Mansion graveyard diggers entertain guests on Main Street, U.S.A.

Guests will also join Jack Skellington for ‘Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular’, featuring projections, special effects, lighting, fireworks, music and Disney characters.

In addition, the Sanderson Sisters from Hocus Pocus will unite for the ‘Hocus Pocus Villain Spectacular’ stage show at Cinderella Castle, and trick-or-treating locations will be found throughout Magic Kingdom.

Elsewhere, ‘Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party’ is returning to Disney California Adventure park at Disneyland Resort for the spooky season, although Disney is yet to announce any dates.

Halloween at Disney parks

Hong Kong Disneyland‘s creepy celebration will start on 15 September, with the popular musical stage show ‘Let’s Get Wicked’ coming back for 2023.

Disney’s US theme parks are currently marking ‘Halfway to Halloween’ with eerie edibles and spooky snacks.

Meanwhile, Universal Orlando’s Halloween Horror Nights is back at Universal Studios Florida for a record-breaking 44 nights this year.
